Our new facility is centrally located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. It’s 2860 sq. ft allows for trainers to run their sessions simultaneously, without feeling crowded! Our Martial Arts section has a heavy bag, thai pads, and plenty of high quality Zebra mats, perfect for martial arts private and small group sessions.
The weight lifting area is your playground, let your imagination run wild! Built off the inspiration of Crossfit and functional weightlifting, our equipment allows for highly effective workouts through the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.
