My first pregnancy, it took me 12 weeks to get back to my pre-baby weight.
Now, just having baby number two, I am focused on getting back to my super strong self! First step is losing this extra 25 lbs that stuck around after the baby was born.
NOTE: I recognize that there is a certain stigma around weight loss. I am a confident, focused and passionate personal trainer. Fitness is my life. When I am not working out, fighting, running, etc. I am reading/watching/writing/thinking about it! I am thankful for the challenge that pregnancy gives me. It let’s me appreciate my body’s fitness level that much more when I am at my all-time best and also humbles me when working with those just starting out on their own fitness journeys. It has been more than 15 years since I started working out on a regular basis and being able to experience a setback allows me to relate more to my clients.
So now that we are all on the same page, LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS FITNESS CHALLENGE!
I am looking for 5 women who are looking to lose 25 lbs by the end of the year to join me in my fitness journey.
There are no gimmicks, no tricks. I know I can lose the weight again, I just want to be able to spread the love to others on the journey there!
What does it include?
We’ll be working out together on the same weight loss and nutrition program, written to accommodate nursing mommas. There will be one group workout session through our video app per week as well as an “end-of-the-week pow-wow” to tell everyone about our progress for the week!
