Hi, my name is Amanda and I am a Navy veteran and spouse, mom of two and martial arts lover! In the Navy, I had a problem with self-motivation; I was intimidated by the gym equipment! I stuck to treadmills for years, never gaining progress in my fitness goals. Martial arts completely overhauled my beliefs that fitness was a chore. My goal is to make working out as fun and challenging as possible. I like to keep training quick-paced, exciting, and efficient.I strive to make each workout different so that we are continuously improving. My name is Zak Boylan, but everyone calls me Coach Zak. I have been working in the training realm since 2017 as a certified personal trainer, I coached college rugby for a year before that. I graduated Summa Cum Lauda from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in Healthy Lifestyles/Fitness Science. I work closely with individuals of all backgrounds in order to achieve their unique health and fitness goals, a part of my degree training involves goal setting using a skill called motivational interviewing. This conglomerate of techniques allows me to find each client’s true motivation behind their goals and assists the clients in setting the goals themselves, creating a much greater likelihood of following through. I believe in a client centered approach that allows me to write an optimized program tailored for each client highlighting what each client hopes to achieve.

I specialize in facilitating long term success with my clients, by teaching them how to be autonomous in their health, wellness, and fitness. So even when our time together comes to an end, each person is able to move forward on their own and continue their progress. I haven’t met an individual I haven’t been able to help be successful on their journey, it is my greatest pleasure in life to be able to help people become their best selves.

Hi, my name is Kyler, I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and competitive martial artist. I was born and raised in Seattle. Since I was 7 years old I have been training and competing in many sports starting with soccer, lacrosse and football to gymnastics, various martial arts, weightlifting and more. My passion for fitness has always been a huge part of my life ever sense I can remember! The spark that ignited my desire to become a trainer happened in the summer of 2017 on my first voyage outside of the country. I headed to the island of Koh Samui in Thailand where I stayed at a dojo and trained martial arts 5 days per week. I stayed on the island for 6 weeks, during that time I had so many eye opening experiences I was truly inspired! I am so grateful not only for my instructor out in Thailand but for all my coaches and teachers over the years who have inspired me to pursue this path of teaching now. Since my trip to Thailand I became a personal trainer and have been working as one for the last 2 years, I train and compete in MMA and most importantly I do my best everyday to strive to learn and grow mentally, physically and spiritually. Through my training I hope to help my clients align with the best version of themselves! hoping to train with you soon!
